We are based in Edmonton, Alberta. However, we have branches in other cities and towns across the province.
Management and Operations teams are hands-on, and results driven. We work hard to lead by example.
Moved to Canada at 16 years old to support his family and by the age of 20, he was managing the janitorial services division with Pruden Building Maintenance for the AGT (Alberta Government Telephones) buildings across Alberta. In 1984 he started his own janitorial cleaning company; he then attended school and launched a landscaping branch and is still invested and passionate about his work in these industries.
Veronica has immense experience working as a financial officer with both non-for profit and for-profit organizations. Veronica has been with Vital property Services since 2017, her dedication and diligence to providing honest work has been an integral part in the company’s growth and success.
Raad started his carrier as an educator, taught overseas and in Canada for over 15 years. In 2018, he decided to switch paths and join his father at Vital Property Services. Over the last 6 years he was able to learn and grow the business and offer our services to many schools, county buildings and facilities across the province. He now leads a team of over 30 people including two area managers.
Ray has been working with Vital Property Services for 12 years and has a wealth of knowledge in both the janitorial and landscaping business. He is experienced in working with heavy machinery such as bobcats, lifts and more. Ray now is responsible for visiting the company sites conducting safety inspections and ensuring that the work is being done to Vital Property Services standards in the most efficient and safe manner.
Graduated from the U of A as a Petroleum Engineer and worked in the oil and gas industry for 14 years. Edward then opened and is currently an acting Director of Engineering For Kids Calgary. He joined Vital Property Services in 2022 and is responsible for developing and maintaining Vital Property Services Health and Safety protocols and marketing strategies.
Liwa has a background in mechanics and floor care and maintenance. He joined Vital Property Services in 2019 and now leads the landscaping and maintenance crew. His knowledge has been integral in ensuring efficient and safe work for our team.
